Mentel is a digital platform and brand that provides information about mental health services and may facilitate access to services offered by licensed professionals and/or affiliated professional entities.

If you choose to pursue professional services through Mentel or an affiliated practice, those services may be delivered by telehealth where legally permitted and clinically appropriate.
Telehealth and professional services are subject to separate clinical and legal requirements, including provider licensure, patient location, consent, and professional judgment. Services may be limited based on your location and the provider’s ability to lawfully and appropriately treat you.

Subject to these Terms, Mentel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use.
